Unless otherwise mentionned, the rates given to your request include the guiding service only, depending on the formula chosen (2 days, 1 day, half-day...) by a certified national-lecturer English.
The rates do not include :
Meals
Parking fees
Tolls (motorway or bridge)
Fees in the monuments or sites
Advance provisioning allowance
In addition to the service rate, the following subsidiaries may be added :
Guide's lunch (25€), if not had with the clients or the group
Travelling expenses (effective mileage, outward / return journey) from the living place so that the guide drives to the meeting place.
Toll motorways / bridges for the guide's outward/return journey
Cancellation fees :
less than 15 days before the forseen date of the service : 50% of the total of the service(s) (except for lunches and travelling expenses)
less than 48 hours before the forseen date of the service : 100% of the total of the service(s) (except for lunches and travelling expenses)
